Everything was perfect: the hotel in Santo Domingo, the visits, the activities, the weather ...
The van trips were very long but necessary if you wanted to see the country, so nothing to say, compared to what you had communicated to me, it was always necessary to add at least 1/2 hour of travel.
We will try in any case to return to Rep Dom because this trip we enjoyed a lot.

"This small email to thank you wholeheartedly for your perfect organization of our stay, we had an unforgettable holiday!
We did not encounter any particular problems except the first hotel otherwise everything was impeccable.
All the great excursions and especially the apotheosis with Los Haïtises that we loved !!! The meal at the waterfalls was great!
On the side of the hotel Nicolas de Ovando for the last night they were overbooked so they put us in a suite! It was the icing on the cake :-) we ended our heavenly stay in a beautiful room !!"

"One week trip, transfers and organization of the evaneos stay from the airport with no problem.
3 on-site excursions with local service providers: safari with runners adventures and whale watching, and Saona Island with private driver and then local tour group. Mass tourism excursion, beautiful setting but spoiled by the crowded crowds of tourists at the same place with background music and open bar atmosphere, while the places could be of a beauty associated with a relaxing tranquility.
Effect related to the destination and the multiple resorts, just to know before leaving! Otherwise beautiful trip with beautiful beaches, guaranteed sun, and rest. "

"We are well back in France.First I wanted to tell you that I am very happy to have dealt with you for our trip." Everything went as planned, without any surprises or failure (apart from small incident of driver but of which you are not responsible).
You answered all my requests and we were well informed on the spot. At the hotel level, the Catalonia Royal La Romana is perfect: comfort, service, catering, entertainment, staff, information, nothing to complain about.
In terms of time, even if in the end we do not have much to complain about, I think it would be good to warn your customers that the climate of Samana is still much wetter in general than the south of the country.
